Applications for the Summer 2024 REU-PATHWAYS Program are now open, please see below for more information.
Application Requirements:
- All application material must be submitted in full by March 15, 2024. We will accept recommendations until March 18th. Students will be notified by March 25th. (Note: original dates extended, new dates above)
- Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident
- Currently enrolled in engineering or an engineering pathway at a Community College
- Able to commute daily to Northeastern’s Boston campus
Required Documents
- A completed Application Form, which includes:
- A copy of your Resume
- A copy of your most recent Transcript
- Can be unofficial
- One (1) Letter of Recommendation
- From someone who is familiar with your abilities, interests and motivation towards research.
- We will ask for your recommender’s email address within the application and reach out to them directly for their recommendation.
- A Statement of Purpose
- A one-page write-up indicating why you are interested in research in engineering
