Apply for the UPLIFT Program

Eligibility:
• Students must be first year students in NEU’s College of Engineering
• Only students who have attended UPLIFT seminars in Fall 2025 are eligible to apply
• Students can attend in-person, virtually, or asynchronously
• Must complete seminar attendance survey for each attended seminar

Application Process:
• Attend at least 4 UPLIFT seminars (in-person, virtual, or asynch)
• Complete Seminar Attendance Survey at minimum 4 times
Application opens on 11/21/2025 and closes 12/15/2025
• Complete Application Survey by deadline: once accepted, we will connect you with faculty in January
• One short-answer question: why do you feel undergraduate research would benefit you? [200 words]
