The Boston Public Schools Citywide (Region VI) STEM Fair is one of six regional fairs in the state and serves as an important stepping stone for students aspiring to advance in their STEM journeys. Now in its 80th year, the Boston STEM Fair, the Commonwealth’s oldest science competition, celebrates decades of inspiring students to explore, innovate, and excel in STEM fields. During this fair, students in grades 4-12 present their projects to STEM professionals, educators, scientists, and engineers for judging, participate in an interactive Science Fair Expo, and share their accomplishments during a public exhibition. For more information, visit the BPS STE STEM Fair website, or if you have questions, email [email protected]

The 2026 BPS STEM Fair will be running in-person at the Dearborn STEM Academy on Saturday, March 7th, 2026. We are looking for judges, expo participants, and volunteers (NEU Students only) to help make this event possible – please select the appropriate portal above to continue).
