Welcome back! For the next 6 weeks, we’ll be discussing the 17 UN Goals aimed to achieve global prosperity and peace by the year 2030.
In our newsletter you will be introduced to a STEM topic and find a related-activity to work on during the week (please share your results with us!), as well as extensions to additional learning or games related to the field. In addition, you will find a Northeastern connection – something Northeastern is doing related to that field. - NASA – Climate Time Machine
NASA’s Climate Time Machine is a part of their Global Climate Change Website. This interactive site allows you to see how Earth’s sea ice, sea level, carbon dioxide, and global temperature are changing over time. - NASA – Climate Kids
Climate Kids is informative site that teaches you everything you need to know about climate change. From answering the question, “What is climate change?”, to going into detail how the weather & climate, atmosphere, water, energy, and plants & animal are being impacted. They also offer fun games and other activities to make learning about climate change fun.
